Muratie Wine Estate, a Stellenbosch farm dating back to 1685, one of the oldest estates in South Africa (with the cobwebs to prove it). Now revived yet still characterised by its rich heritage, the estate has many fascinating stories to be told about. Muratie is well known for being the first ever producer of Pinot Noir and various fine ports.
